1.I Can't Log In

A:Please follow the instructions below:
a:You can check whether your username is the email address which you used for registration or not.
b:Our system maintenance might cause a problem - Please try again later.
c:If the above methods still do not work, please contact our customer service, they will help you to resolve the problem.
TIPs: If you're not sure whether the problem is ours or yours, please test logging in with a different set of computer, or try different browser.
When you registered, you made a mistake which caused that you can't access your account, and you've never made any orders. You'd better to registrant for a new account.

2.Do You Send the Item to PO Box Address?

A:To ensure the items you ordered will be delivered efficiently, we strongly recommend you to leave the Street Address/ZIP CODE address as the receiver's signature is required on the package!

3.What If I Am Making A Large / Bulk Order?

We consider ordering THREE dresses at one time as a bulk order, you are eligible for additional discount,please see the discount rate as below:

A:For your convenience, we currently accept the following three payment options:
a. Payment by major credit cards
b. Payment by Paypal
c. Payment transfer through Western Union

5.How can you sell the dresses at such a low prices ?

A:We are a leading supplier of different formal dresses,we provide thousands of dedicated dresses for global buyers.As a manufacturer, there is no additional charge for purchasing the material,renting warehouse and so on, thus,we can guarantee the dresses with high quality at low price!

6.Can you make a dress in a color that is not listed?

A:As a manufacturer,all colors and sizes are available,you just need to send us your favourite color and custom measurements by email,we will customize the dress to fit you in the right color!

7: Do you have a local store that I can visit?

A: Sorry, no. Unfortunately we are an online-based store at this moment, but we can deliver the dress worldwide in a timely manner!

8.What is the Return Process?

A:1) Submit a return request to Customer Service by email within 3 days upon the date the package received;
2) The customer service will verify the problem,once we approved your request, please send the item back to the address we instructed,meanwhile, please provide us the tracking number.
3) Once the returned item received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.

9.Can I cancel the order if I changed my mind after the order placed?

A:Our Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.
- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be charged $50.00 for the handling fee since our designer had already worked on your dress!
- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

10.Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit can be returned or not?

A:Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

11.What if we didn't receive the item on time?

A:If for any reason, your order was not shipped within the time stated and arrives late, but not by more than 10 days, you will be eligible for a complete refund, or a 30% reimbursement upon the delivery of the overdue product. If the product is overdue by more than 10 days, customers are eligible for a full refund. If the dress is returned, the return shipping fee is on your own!

12: Are these gowns name-brand gowns?

A: No, we are NOT associated with any name brands. Our manufacturer creates designer inspired gowns at a cost far less than the designer originals. Furthermore, your gown will be tailor-made with your personal measurements, which eliminates the need for costly alterations. Outside of the styles we offer on our website, you are also welcome to send us any designs you would like to have your dress made with. We use the highest quality fabrics and materials available, all gowns are fully lined with hand sewn beading and embellishment.

13: Can I get a sample fabric swatch to see the material /or color?

A: Yes! Fabric samples are available at $18.00 per swatch. They also come for free when you order the dress upon request. Please contact us if you would like to order a sample fabric swatch.

14: Does it cost extra to custom order?

A: Absolutely not! We are proud to provide our customers with endless style and color options at no extra charge. If you don't see your size or the color you want, you can always custom order it. You can even provide us a design, and we will custom make for you!

15: How do I prepare my gown before my BIG day for the best look?

A: Hang your gown at least one month in advance. That way it will look wrinkle-free and perfectly natural when you are under the spotlight.

16:Can my damas place their orders separately?

A: Yes, but it is much better to place them all together on one order in case there might be any minor color or design discrepancy.

17: How do I un-wrinkle gowns, especially with very easily wrinkled frabic?

A: Here's a trick! Hang the gown in bathroom for 10 minutes while showering or with hot water running. The steaming mist will help un-wrinkle the gown naturally. Ultimately you can also use a clothes steamer.

18: How can I clean my gown?

A: We recommend taking your gown to a professional cleaner for proper cleaning and preservation. Do not machine wash or heat dry your gown! This could damage the fabric and gown decorations.
